Organic Spiced Cherry Preserves

Laced with spices found in holiday cakes and cookies, trust me, this is not just for the holidays. While visiting some friends, my buddy and I discovered a combination of this on bagels with cream cheese. We couldn't stop. Our wives came in from a morning hike to find not a bagel crumb or drop of preserves left, but just my friend and I sprawled on the floor unable to move.
